Information about our blasting cabinet.

Internal size of the cabinet is 1220mm x 760mm x 760mm.

Smaller parts can be accommodated easily and larger parts, as long as they fit into those dimensions can be done. We can also do longer parts up to approximately 2m long, and up to certain diameters and widths through a side opening. We are always willing to look at a job and try to accommodate whatever blasting job you need doing and will always give advice on what is needed.

We will be able to do shot blasting or bead blasting.

Shot blasting will be undertaken using grade 46 Aluminium Oxide, which has a particle size of between 300 – 425 microns, (0.3 – 0.425mm).

Bead blasting will be undertaken using Bol 25 Glass Bead, which has a particle size of 105 – 210 microns, (0.105 – 0.210mm).
